This Privacy Policy explains how QuotationHero ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account identifier.
• Business & client data. The business profiles, clients, quotes, invoices, line items, and documents you create in the Service.
• Usage & device data. Basic analytics and crash diagnostics (e.g. screens visited, errors) used to keep the Service reliable.
• Payment data. Subscription purchases are processed by the app stores and our billing provider. We do not store your card details.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service — creating, storing, and rendering your quotes and invoices.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To improve reliability and performance through aggregated analytics and crash reports.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Authentication (Google Sign-In) when you choose to use it.
• Subscription and payment processing.
• Hosting, error monitoring, and product analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual documents and clients at any time within the Service.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete accountin the app, or by emailing us at support@quotationhero.app. Deletion is irreversible and removes your business profile, clients, quotes, and invoices.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
