These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuotationHero (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- You are solely responsible for the content of the quotes, invoices, and other documents you create.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and documents you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
4. Subscriptions & billing
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store or billing provider and renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account or the billing settings in the app.
5. Quotes and invoices
QuotationHero is a tool for creating and tracking business documents. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or payment of any quote or invoice you generate.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotationHero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
